4.1 With Other Pool Members

When you join a pool, certain information becomes visible to other members:

• All pool members can see your display name, bracket picks, and scores once the playoffs begin
• Pool commissioners (creators) can additionally see the email addresses of members in their pools to help manage their pool

This data sharing is essential to the functionality of the service. We are not responsible for how pool commissioners use member email addresses outside our platform.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party services that help us operate:

• Google - Authentication services
• Stripe - Payment processing
• PostHog - Analytics and product improvement
• Vercel - Hosting and infrastructure

4.3 Legal Requirements
